1. Introduction
Welcome to Goyama Jewellery, the trading name of Goyama Design Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of jewellery products (“Goods”) from us.
By placing an order through this website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree please do not use our website or purchase from us
2. About Us
Goyama Design Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales trading as Goyama Jewellery, operating from 88–90 Hatton Garden London, EC1N 8PN.
All contracts formed through this website are governed by English law.
3. Eligibility
To purchase from our website, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using this website you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.
4. Products and Descriptions
We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
All photographs feature our own jewellery and models. We do not use Photoshop alterations or any form of digital enhancement. What you see represents the genuine quality and appearance of our jewellery.
As we also sell our products daily in our Hatton Garden showroom, it is not always possible to keep stock of every item shown online. While we strive to maintain accurate availability, occasional discrepancies may occur.
Occasional errors may also occur in pricing, product details or availability due to human input or technical issues. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or amend any order placed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or receive a full refund.
All products are offered subject to availability and we reserve the right to update, modify or withdraw any product at any time without prior notice.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, goods are out of stock or unavailable or errors occur in pricing or description.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and include VAT at the current applicable rate. We accept secure payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and others. Full payment must be received before dispatch. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before proceeding with your order. (not applicable for bespoke products re-engagement rings, for these we require deposit only, terms to be discussed)
7. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom and internationally. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are for guidance only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs or other circumstances beyond our control. All parcels are insured in transit until delivered and signed for. Once delivered, responsibility passes to you. International customers are/may be responsible for import duties or customs charges in their destination country.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
You have a 14 day right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for non-customised goods. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with certificates/paperwork and tags attached. You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt and return the goods within a further 14 days.
Please note that bespoke, custom-made, engraved or resized jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is faulty or defective. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds for eligible returns will be made to your original payment method within 14 working days of receiving the returned item. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue
9. Product Guarantee and After-Sales Service
All Goyama Jewellery products are covered by a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing faults. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Repairs, resizing, polishing and maintenance services are available at our Hatton Garden workshop. All items are inspected by our expert team upon receipt at the workshop. If a product has been damaged or broken due to customer misuse, we reserve the right to charge for the repair or service. Charges for such repairs are not covered under the warranty.
Where applicable, each diamond or gemstone piece is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from recognised laboratories such as GIA or IGI. All gold jewellery is UK-hallmarked in accordance with the Hallmarking Act 1973.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goyama Design Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage including loss of profit or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, product images and designs is the property of Goyama Design Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information such as your name, contact details, payment information and purchase history, to provide our products and services. This information is stored securely on our systems and where applicable with our trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors and delivery partners) within the UK and the European Economic Area.
We handle all personal information in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used only for purposes related to fulfilling your orders, processing payments, providing customer support and sending communications where you have consented to receive them.

13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or transport disruptions
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
15. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes
