Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Please note that we do not ship to all countries.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are guidelines only.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs or other circumstances beyond our control.

All parcels are fully insured in transit until delivered and signed for. Once delivered, responsibility passes to you.

International customers may be responsible for import duties or customs charges in their destination country.
Order Processing & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable we will ship available items first and dispatch the remaining items as soon as they are back in stock. We will contact you and discuss.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and are calculated based on item weight and delivery location.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, delivery address, shipping method and order quantity.

If items are damaged during delivery, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Right to Cancel
You have a 14-day right to cancel your order for non-customised items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with certificates, paperwork and tags attached.

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt and return the items within a further 14 days.
Non-returnable items:

Bespoke, custom-made, engraved or resized jewellery.

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Returns for non-customised items that are faulty or damaged are eligible.
Refunds

Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item may return it for a refund and place a new order.
